Accepted Payment Methods
We currently can't accept credit cards, but you can pay by check or money order. If paying by check, we'll have to wait for the check to clear before sending the products. The quickest way of paying is by money order, which entails a small fee of $0.90 but doesn't require a waiting period. The system for paying by credit card will be up soon.
Our Return Policy
Before returning a product, please contact us through e-mail or phone first. Remember to include your receipt with any returns. If any product arrives broken, or is not the product you ordered, we will send out the correct product free of charge. If you ordered the incorrect product, you will have to send it back and we will either give you store credit or the original product you wanted plus shipping and handling plus upgrade fees. No worn, used, or opened products will be accepted.
